In Kyiv, explosions reverberated across the city shortly after air-raid alarms alerted residents to the threat of incoming ballistic missiles. The attacks reportedly impacted six districts, with a notable incident in the Solomianskyi district where an apartment building sustained damage. Fires were ignited at a supermarket and a residential property in the Sviatoshynskyi district. Additionally, a shopping and entertainment center in the Dniprovskyi district, an apartment building in the Shevchenkivskyi district, and a non-residential facility were struck.
Further casualties were reported in the central Dnipropetrovsk region, where a Russian drone attack claimed another life. On the Russian side, officials confirmed a death in the Kursk region following a Ukrainian offensive. The recent intensification in conflict follows Ukrainian drone strikes on sites in Moscow and Tambov regions, with Ukrainian officials asserting that these facilities were connected to the supply chain for drone production and navigation systems.
